  • When will my system get installed?

    Getting your system installed is dependent on several variables; however, you can rest assured that our team are working around the clock to get your system up and running. We’re not just working to get your install completed in a timely manner, we’re also working to ensure to maximise your savings. Right now, our typical time to complete from signing your contract to full installation is 6 – 8 weeks, however, this may take slightly longer in exceptional circumstances.

  • Do I need to do anything more now?

    Our process is tailored to your journey. At this stage, we may require further details from you to help progress your order. If we do need anything else from you one of our team will be in touch with you make sure to look out for emails or call.

  • Who will be my installer?

    At this stage, we haven’t yet assigned you an installer. Once your order is processed and approved, we’ll introduce you to our local CEC Accredited Installer.

  • Does anyone need to come to my home before installation?

    You may require a site inspection before we install your system. This is done on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll be in touch with you prior to the installer coming to book it at a time that suits you best.
